The red poll is a traditional British native breed – entirely red , naturally hornless and perfectly suited to our green field. Once considered rare they are now recovering.
At Trecorras Farm, our beef is part of a wider regenerative farming system. Our cattle are raised on diverse pastures and managed in a way that supports both animal welfare and the long-term health of the land.
We believe good food should come from farming that works with nature, not against it. Every cut reflects that philosophy — quality over quantity, produced with patience and purpose.
